Chocolate bars are cocoa derived products formed into bars intended as foods or snacks. There are many flavors for chocolate bars such as milk, dark, white and others. Temperature, moisture, and microbial attack prevention are among the many considerations in packaging them.
Chocolates formed into bars are packaged in aluminum foil, composite films, laminated plastics, paper or plastic trays and others. Some are further contained in paper based cartons to maintain the shape of the product. Chocolate bars in plastic laminates are easy to open and tear. They are moisture resistant to retain the quality of the chocolates. Designs mostly appear in brown or chocolate brown to signify the products main color.
